It is our sincere pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Jiří Střelec. We first contacted Mr. Střelec while looking for an advisory service to establish the quality management system for our company in 2015. As a rapidly growing start-up we were looking not only for a strong competency based on the experience but also for an extreme flexibility and commitment to the unusual needs of our untypical, at that time very virtual organization. After a deliberate and thorough evaluation of 20 plus candidates across Germany and Czech Republic, our final decision and project award went to Mr. Jiří Střelec.
The QMS projects with the ultimate target to obtain the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification have started in Summer 2015. At this point of time our company had no permanent employees and had 15 contractors working for us all over Europe but also in US and Asia. It was clear from the beginning that a project with such setup would be a great challenge. Despite the extraordinary circumstances Mr. Střelec quickly and flexibly adopted to the given situation, assisted and supported us during the entire process by advising our management, holding workshops and creating high quality documents to establish our quality management system. Thanks to his very professional support and always positive attitude we successfully passed the certification audit and acquired the ISO 9001 certificate in March 2016. We are very well prepared to also pass the ISO 27001 in less than two weeks from now.
In the past 12 months our company has transitioned from a virtual team, grew to 45 permanent employees in 4 branch offices world-wide. We happily and proudly are looking back at those turbulent months and appreciate Mr. Střelec’s contribution.
