GMC Software Technology is a multinational corporation based in Switzerland dealing in the Customer Communication Management (CCM). GMC Software Technology s.r.o. is its subsidiary based in the Czech Republic and an R&D center specializing in software development.
The objective of our cooperation with Mr.Střelec is reaching an improved performance level of internal audits according to ISO 9001:2008. The scope of cooperation includes training of internal auditors and the actual execution of internal audits. In the course of this cooperation he proved brilliant communication skills as well as interdisciplinary knowledge void of which the auditing of a software company would not have brought the expected benefit. In auditing alone he is very careful and does not hesitate to go into great detail in the processes being examined, and his findings have already brought us added value. This approach of his represents a marked difference from other auditors whose findings have often had the nature of largely formal shortcomings in documentation.
