Training competitiveness through own pattern ‒ reference

The need to define a long-term development plan in our company arose in the second half of 2010 with the following main objectives:

• creating a vision and a strategy to increase our ability to compete
• creating a strategy to enhance our employees´ presentation and communication abilities
• improving the image of our production plant within the industrial group

A three-pronged package development plan was proposed from the side of OwnWay:

• carrying out the SWOT analysis for us to fully comprehend the current situation a good base for creating any long-term strategy
• completion of the communication training
• completion of the image creation training

So far in 2011, the SWOT analysis and the communication training for management, project managers and customer quality workers have been completed. Training assessment:   preparation and performance of the trainings in question were on a professional level, as expected. The principal advantages included:

• a comprehensively and logically drafted plan of events and trainings which aims to gradually fulfil the pre-determined objectives
• adjusting the subject of the trainings to our needs and to the scope of work of the individual training participants 
• individual recapitulation / interviews with the individual training participants for the purpose of directing their professional development
• personality of the lecturer, Mr.Střelec, who, through a highly professional and empathic approach, has managed to identify the needs and the potential of the individual training participants, motivating them to take a more active part

All of the participants in the training have perceived it positively and want to develop their skills further.
