This assessment of the cooperation with Mr. Jiří Střelec is made following his work of three years during which period we have made progress in optimizing the process map as one of the fundamental means of management in the company. They have proposed new approaches to create the methodology of processes, to educate employees in the sphere of the management system and, also, to seek bottlenecks in the particular processes.
From what we have learned so far, the company´s workers possess very high expert knowledge and their professional approach is excellent. They anticipate our specific requirements, too.
